Lead time is usually 2 weeks. If lead times are longer, there will be a notification posted in the store.

Shipping?

All products are shipped via Canada Post Regular or XpressPost Parcel with tracking.

Returns or Exchanges?

Returns or exchanges are accepted if the product arrives defective or damaged. Please send an email within 5 days of receiving your product. Personalized products are final sale. Please remember that full grain leather will have character, and that hand crafted goods will not be factory-made perfect.
